The 2008 Winter Clinic will begin on February 1 and conclude on February 22*. Clinics will be held each Sunday in Frebruary from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Cost is $80 ($40 deposit).

Workshop Details:
The girls will be divided into groups by age so that each player can play with others of her same age and ability level. Each session will focus on individual skills, team concepts and time will be set aside each day for scrimmages and games.

The workshop will be a great setting for beginners and more advanced players alike!

*The last clinic on February 22nd will be all scrimmaging with certified officials calling the games.

Goal of the Winter Workshop:
For each girl to learn and grow as an individual player, while also developing teamwork skills, practicing good sportsmanship, and having fun.

Facilities:
The lacrosse facilities at VWC include 3 grass practice fields, a Bermuda game field, the Trinder Center and the 18.6 million dollar Batten Center which offers a rock climbing wall, an Olympic pool, an indoor track, racquetball courts, 2 gymnasiums, a training room, locker rooms, and a state of the art fitness center.

The Winter Clinic will be held on the women's practice field.
